If for any reason you may feel that our services do not meet your expectations, please fill the COMPLAINT FORM found on this page and send it, in one of the following ways:

After submitting your complaint:

  • Within 2 working days, we will confirm the receipt of your complaint.
  • Within 30 working days from the receipt of the complaint, and after completing our investigation, you will have our response.
